After your appointment has been scheduled our intake coordinator will email you intake forms. Please complete them before your first appointment.
telehealth appointments
Telehealth provides accessible mental healthcare and helps eliminate some of the barriers that might be keeping your from getting the help that you need.
A Telehealth appointment is conducted via a HIPPA secure video platform. Many insurances are covering Telehealth appointments but you will need to verify with your specific company.
