My style of therapy is warm, nonjudgmental, and tailored to each client’s individual goals and needs. I use a person-centered and strengths-based approach, often incorporating elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and psychodynamics. I specialize in working with clients who have experienced trauma or are going through major life transitions.

When I am not in sessions, you can most often find me spending time with my family and (badly behaved, but lovable!) dog, reading on my porch, and putzing around in my garden.

Telehealth provides accessible mental healthcare and helps eliminate some of the barriers that might be keeping your from getting the help that you need.
A Telehealth appointment is conducted via a HIPPA secure video platform. Many insurances are covering Telehealth appointments but you will need to verify with your specific company.
