Who I work with: Adults & Families
I have worked in various Pittsburgh communities for the last 6 years, engaging with families and individuals who are experiencing a range of concerns, from difficulties with daily living to various levels of crisis. I hope to support the person or family I am working with to see the many strengths they bring into any given space and work with them to utilize those strengths to accomplish whatever it is they are reaching for. In our work together I may utilize Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and Dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) all through a strengths-based lens. My main goal is to create a space that you feel comfortable, heard and empowered in.
More About Me:
In my free time I love reading for fun and talking about books and exchanging them with others. I also love live music and going dancing when I have the energy for it. I have two cats, Disco and Boba who are my tiny best friends who I love to share a space with.
